Jim Henson Play-Along Video Releases

Henson released a line of "play-along" interactive videos for kids. Jim Henson wrote,

"I think that the idea of Play Along Video is a wonderful new concept. because of the way kids use video tapes, we're able to design all new material that can be watched over and over again. They get to be more fun the more you watch them. And these videos can be quite personal-talking to kids individually in a way that can stimulate their imagination, sense of fantasy, and creativity. We want to use television in a whole new way. We don't want your kids to just sit and watch TV, we want them to join in and have fun!"

Hey, You're As Funny as Fozzie Bear: A Comedy Show Starring Fozzie Bear and You.

Sing-Along, Dance-Along, Do-Along: Rowlf teaches kids about musical styles.

Wow, You're a Cartoonist: Kermit teaches kids how to draw cartoons.
